By decision dated 19 August 2020, the French Supreme Court has ordered the immediate and unconditional release of our client illegally detained in France upon extradition request from the Russian authorities. After several attempts filed in vain, we succeeded in getting a clear-cut sentence quashing a Court of Appeal judgement.
